I'm Meghan Lim
After graduating with my bachelor's degree in Finance from UNC Charlotte, I had to learn to pay off $26k in student loans on a $40k salary. Throughout my journey, I picked up side hustles and made it a goal to pay it down as much as possible. I was able to pay off me $23k car loan in 2 years and save and invest nearly half my income. My goal is to show others that achieving your financial goals is possible through dedication and consistency.
After being laid off 3 times in 3 years, I decided to pivot and share my knowledge on personal finance through social media. A year later, I was able to utilize my social media presence to start coaching individuals about personal finance.
Since then, I've been much more fulfilled and happier to help others learn the possibilities of financial freedom.
